Technical scriptwriting for industrial instructional video. Developed my own unique style of user-friendly video that has solid content with an added touch of interactive multimedia. Can tell a good story on video within its production budget. Have covered topics such as carpal tunnel syndrome, OSHA regulations, procedures and goals for assembly line work, hazardous chemicals, material safety data sheets, quality work, bloodborne pathogens, protective equipment, fire safety, and customer satisfaction. Have also narrated and produced videos.

1981 to 1995 DATA GENERAL CORP. Pittsburgh, PA

Branch Office Administrator, 1988 to 1995: Ensured the Pittsburgh branch office and its eleven remote locations maintained sufficient amounts of computer parts (one million dollars) for the prompt repair of customer equipment under DG maintenance. Logistical support included shipping and receiving, inventory control, audits, data entry, expediting, and ISO 9001 compliance. Administrative duties included billing and the resolution of customer complaints.

Field Engineer, 1981 to 1987: Repaired and maintained DG monitors, printers, and computer systems at approximately fifty customer accounts.
