CREWHEADS is an organization for gay and lesbian rowers, located in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.

The organization began in 1997 as an outreach program of Three Rivers Rowing Association, whose goal is to support community rowing in Pittsburgh. CREWHEADS are members of TRRA, and row out of the TRRA facility located at Washington's Landing on Herr's Island on the Allegheny River.

CREWHEADS goals include providing training opportunities and social support to our members, and competing in regional regattas. Some CREWHEADS competed at Gay Games V in Amsterdam during August 1998.
