Converting to 10 Digit Dialing

As of July 12th, 2001, all phone calls must be executed using the 10 digit dialing format. Customers using dial-up, dedicated phone line, and ISDN dial-up connections will need to change the way their computer dials. Customers with DSL, Centrex ISDN, and T1 connections do not need to make any changes. Likewise, customers who currently call outside their area code to connect to CityNet do not need to make any changes. Instructions are arranged according to operating system.
