Email and Ftp Outage - 02/07/98 5:00pm through 02/08/98 10:30am

During this time period, subscribers where unable to check email or ftp to CityNet. The problem was caused by the failer of a process on the main server. We have made a change in the system that will prevent this from occuring going forward.
